Birmingham commercial real estate firm Graham & Co. has moved into its new home in downtown Birmingham.

As previously reported, Graham and its affiliated company GCP signed on to occupy around 19,000 square feet at Historic Federal Reserve, which was renovated in a $20 million historic redevelopment project and opened earlier this year.

“We’re excited to be relocating to downtown Birmingham,” said Graham & Co. President Mike Graham in a previous statement. “We look forward to using our new offices to better serve our customers and clients in this region, as well as support our continued growth. We think the move to the city center is consistent with our commitment to Birmingham.”

The company’s new office is at 1801 Fifth Ave. N., suite 300.

Walter Brown of Graham & Co. represented both companies in the lease, while Norman Tynes of Harbert Realty Services represented Capstone Real Estate Investments, which developed the property with Harbert.

Graham & Co.’s previous offices were in Office Park in Mountain Brook off of U.S. 280.

One month ago, communications agency Markstein officially moved into its space at the building as well. Law firm Hand Arendall moved into the building earlier this year.

All together, the renovated building, which also includes Urban Cookhouse on the ground floor, brought life back to a long vacant property and continues revitalization in the heart of the city center.
