Confederate Motors, the Birmingham maker of high-end, unique motorcycles, has relocated and expanded into a larger building in Lakeview while American Business Supply is relocating its corporate headquarters from Pelham to the Oxmoor Valley.
Both moves are part of Graham & Co.’s recent commercial real estate deals.
John Coleman represented Mingledorff’s Inc. in leasing the 21,179-square-foot office and warehouse at 3029 Second Ave. South to Confederate Motors Inc. The maker of industrial-looking motorcycles catering to the rich and celebrities with a sales price of up to $135,000 has moved from its previous 8,500-square-foot location at 2222 Fifth Ave. South.
Confederate Motors last year announced plans to raise more than $1 million to expand its production.
In another deal, Graham’s Jordan Tubb represented the seller and Graham’s Sam Carroll represented the buyer of a 24,440-square-foot industrial building at 1 West Park Dr. in Birmingham that will become the new home for American Business Supply.
Graham’s Jack Brown represented the owner in the sale of a 21,600-square-foot industrial building at 604 28th St. North. Brown also represented Owens Office Building No. One LLC in its sale of a 5,320-square-foot office building at 1900 27th Ave. South in Homewood.
Graham’s Brad Jones and Cassidy Turley represented Aerotek Inc. in its lease of 10,087 square feet at 100 Concourse Pkwy. Colliers International represented the landlord.
Graham’s Carroll also represented the CRST Logistics Inc. in its lease renewal of 3,010 square feet at the Barbour Building at Highpoint. Southpace Properties Inc. represented the landlord.
Graham’s Dan Lovell represented Carr Allison in its lease renewal of 3,600 square feet at Seaway Business Park in Gulfport, Miss.
